We found 4 months ago, even when we rolled this out internally was that some people were a lot less active with our apps because they used Facebook only for social activities. After all it is people that make decisions and referrals, not companies. And while individuals will always want to keep personal and professional contacts and networks separate to some extent, the division is not a bright line.
